Ingredients
🍚 1/2 lb. Sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
🥢 2 tbsp Spicy OG Alive Ferments
🍚 Scallions, thinly sliced
🥢 2 tbsp tamari
🍚 1 tbsp sesame oil
🥢 1 cup uncooked short grain white rice (yields about 2 cups cooked)
🍚 Lettuce, chopped
🥢 Cucumber, thinly sliced
🍚 Avocado, sliced
🥢 Sesame seeds, for garnish
Spicy Probiotic Mayo:

Instructions
- Cook the Rice:
- Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 15-18 minutes, or until the rice is tender and all the water has been absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let the rice sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
- Prepare the Ahi Tuna:
- In a bowl, combine the cubed sushi-grade ahi tuna with Spicy OG Alive Ferments, tamari, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the tuna evenly. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

- In a small bowl, mix the mayo with Spicy OG Alive Ferments until smooth and well-combined.
