Our Process

Fermentation is as old as humanity and has been used all over the world. It is still used today to improve the shelf-life, safety, and flavor of foods.  


Fermentation is a process that uses bacterial cultures to break down sugars, transforming them into alcohol or organic acids, the same process used to make wine and vinegar. This preserves food naturally, makes it more digestible, and releases nutrients and flavors for us to enjoy.
