Shipping Raw Fermented Foods
While temperature sensitive, these products are not perishable and can safely remain several days without refrigeration, without affecting quality, food safety, or probiotic activity.
We take extra care when shipping these products by shipping them with ice packs and insulated packaging. This provides an additional day or two of coolness once they have shipped, and slows the activity of the living cultures during transit, avoiding gas buildup which could cause leaks.

To ensure chilled items are not delayed in transit, we carefully consider the timing of our shipments.
Depending on your location and the nature of your order, if it is placed close to a weekend or holiday, we will ship it on the following business day.
This is to avoid potential delays and to make sure your order maintains the desired temperature during transit.
Transit time for chilled orders is 1-3 business days.
